Hey there!
We are looking for a nice person to share our flat with! It's URGENT - we have to decide SOON!! We are 4 guiris, all of us working, with you coming on 1st of July we would be 5. 
Our flat is in a nice quiet street in the area of Chamberi but not far from the centre, just 2 minutes walk from the metro Rios Rosas, to Sol it takes 10 minutes (so close, that´s super cool :) the metro stations Cuatro Caminos and Nuevos Ministerios are close too.
Your room would be quite big, with a window, wooden floor, armario empotrado, single bed and a table with a chair.
The flat is not the newest one, however, the living room with the dining room and the kitchen are quite spacious and comfortable; salón y comedor with big windows and a balcony. We have central heating and wifi.
Aaand one little thing that you should count on: we would like you to be a non-public-areas-smoker :)
** PRICE: 307 euros/month + gastos (electricity, water, gas, internet = about 40 euros/month), national calls for free. A fianza of 300 euros that needs to be payed on the 30th of June to our landlord.
